How to Turn On/Off Out of Office Reply for Mail Enable Users

 

Step 1: Login to Mail Enable (webmail.yourdomain) with your email address and password.

Step 2: From the menu in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, choose “Options”.

Step 3: Once in “Options”, click on “Auto-Response” in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

Step 4: Check the box that says “Auto Response Enabled”.  *You must check this box to turn on your out of office reply*.  Then simply enter your text and click “Update”.  If you are trying to turn off your reply, uncheck the “Auto Response Enabled” box and then click “Update”.
