How to create a new mail account in your BRI Windows hosting control panel

 

Step 1: First you will need to log into your BRI hosting control panel by opening up a web browser and navigating to https://www.brihosting.com/cp. Once here, you will need to log in using your control panel log in email address and password (your control panel log in email address and password was sent to your control panel administrator email address when the hosting package was created).

Step 2: Once you have logged into your BRI hosting control panel, click on the “System” tab located at the top left corner.

Step 3: Once you have clicked on the “System” tab you will be in the subscription management section of your control panel. From here click on the “Create Mail Account”.

Step 4: Enter the desired email address (this address  is also your username and is case sensitive, you will have to enter in the correct case when logging into mail) and password (we recommend using a secure password that includes a combination of uppercase/lowercase/numbers/symbols).  Click “Finish”.

Step 5: Once the account has been created, you can set other options such as email aliases (click on “Add New Alias”) and forwarding (click on “Redirect”).  To change the password, click on “Preferences” and enter a new password.
