How to Turn On/Off Out of Office Reply for Horde Users

 

Step 1: Navigate to your webmail (webmail.yourdomain) and login to Horde using your full email address and password.

IMPORTANT:  If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure that you are in compatibility mode before clicking “Log In”.  You can do this by clicking the broken piece of paper next to the address bar.

Step 2:  Click on the “+” sign next to Mail to expand the options.

 Step 3: Click on “Vacation”.

Step 4: From here, you can turn your out of office reply on or off.  Simply choose the “Set/Install vacation notice” or “Unset/Remove Vacation Notice”.  You can enter whatever text you would like to be displayed in your reply in the “Message” box.  Once you have made the desired changes, click “Submit” to apply to your mailbox.
