Setup Guide for Apple iPhone

IMPORTANT NOTES: When you configure a device to sync with Exchange, all existing calendar and contact information on the device is overwritten. Additionally, iTunes will no longer sync contacts and calendars with your desktop computer. However, you can still sync your device wirelessly using MobileMe services.
- To obtain the necessary account information for setting up your email on your DROID, go to http://exchange.briworks.com/mail, select “My Services settings for your mailbox” and login with your email address and password.
- Click on “Activesync”.
- Here you will see the username, domain and server settings needed to setup your device.
ON YOUR iPHONE:
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Microsoft Exchange.

- Enter the following information (obtained from your Mailbox Manger) to setup your Exchange Account on your device:
- Primary email address
- Domain name
- Username
- Email password
- Description (whatever you want to name the account)

- Your device will now try to locate your Exchange Server. You may need to enter your front-end Exchange Server’s complete address (obtained from your mailbox manager) in the Server field. Tap “Next”.

- Choose which content you would like to synchronize: Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. Tap “Save” when finished.

- Please note that not all Exchange features are supported. For example, the following features are not available:
- Folder management
- Opening links in email to documents stored on Sharepoint servers
- Task synchronization
- Setting an “out of office” autoreply message
- Creating meeting invitations
- Flagging messages for follow-up
