Hosted Exchange Setup guide for Apple iPhones

SETUP STEPS:

  1. Turn on the iPhone
  2. Press the button at the bottom of the phone
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Mail
  5. Tap Add Account
  6. Tap Other
  7. Tap Exchange
  8. Specify Name as your Full name
  9. Specify Email Address as your Default E-mail address
  10. Under Incoming Mail Server, specify Host Name as “mail.myoutlookonline.com”
  11. Specify your Default E-mail address as the Username.
  12. Fill in your password as appropriate.
  13. Under Outgoing Mail Server, specify Host Name as “mail.myoutlookonline.com”
  14. Specify your Default E-mail address as the username
  15. Fill in your password as appropriate.
  16. Go back to the top of the configuration page, and specify Description as your Default E-mail address
  17. Tap Save
  18. Press the button at the bottom of the phone
  19. Tap Mail
  20. Tap the new account, which will now be listed. Mail will be synced automatically.
