Importing Exchange Mailboxes

This guide is to be used in conjunction with the article Exporting Exchange Mailboxes.

Click on File -> Import and Export.

Import Mailbox 1

Select “import from another program or file”. Click Next.

Select “Person Folder File (.pst)” and click next. (You may have to scroll down the list to find it.

Select the file that you would like to import by clicking “Browse”, make sure “replace duplicates” is selected, hit next.

In this new window, make sure Personal Folders is selected at the top of the scroll box. Make sure “include sub-folders” is checked. Make sure “Import items into the same folder” is selected, with “Mailbox – …” selected, whereas … is your first name and last name.

Finally, click Finish
