Finding A Hosted Exchange downlevel Username

  1. Log in to your Hosted Exchange control panel with a Hosted Exchange admin account by clicking “Log in to your online Control Panel”.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Click the blue down-arrow next to a user, and then click “Outlook Setup”.
  4. Near the middle of the window, you will see “Username:”. Next to this is the appropriate User Name you need.
