How it works:
Working with your email administrator, we redirect all of your incoming email to our servers. Your email gets scanned, securely for spam and viruses. If a virus is present or the email is spam - we throw that piece of email into jail. If it is not, that piece of email is forwarded directly to you.Early each morning, we send you a single email that lists every single piece of spam you received the prior day.
At that point, you can choose to delete it, release it, or just ignore it - spam is automatically deleted from jail after 5 days.If you prefer, instead of us storing the spam on our servers, we can mark each piece of spam as spam - and you can let your email program deal with the spam (using something known as “Inbox Rules” or “Inbox Assistant”).Each domain that we scan for spam can have separate settings, and if your email administrator desires, each user can custom configure their own spam settings.
