What is Remote Backup?
BRI Remote Backup is a service that securely backs up the files on your workstations or servers to a central backup server hosted in our data center. The service includes a software application that runs on your Windows-based computer and allows you to select the files you want to be backed up. That’s it! The service efficiently uses your high speed Internet connection to securely back up your files. If you need to recover a file you can log into a secure web interface and select the file you want to restore.
How much does it cost?
Remote Backup service is priced by the amount of data you need to store on our servers. There is a onetime setup fee of $200 per computer, and a minimum monthly fee of $50 per computer which includes 4GB of storage. Additional storage is $8/gig per month. Our backup software greatly compresses the data so that your storage needs can be as little as 50% of the space the data uses on your server or workstation. Contact us for a free estimate.
